Process
Discovery
Discovery is the process of initial conversations with a client to asses and gather as much insight from them as possible to begin researching their idea or product.
Research
At this stage we do a deep dive into the industry, do a competitive analysis and collect as much data as possible on the subject matter.
Concept ideation
Once there is a clear concept we begin refining the idea with the client and work backwards to the core features, the foundation or as some call an MVP (minimal viable product).
Wireframing
Once we land on the core features we can start wireframing the product, creating flow charts and user journeys.
Design
Design is one of the last steps. By this point we know how the product will function, what features it will have and what function each will serve.
Development
Finally, after design is finalized and approved, we begin development. Our entire process ensures the fastest and most efficient process of getting a digital product to market.
